We played a slow, beautiful show through the mist of everyone’s post-Halloween hangover. Kim and Jonny’s Family Band was a thing of resplendent beauty, as always.  I was especially moved by their new song, “The Field,” which they said refers to the annual Bovina festival of music and love where we all come together for the first time.  So many of our dearest friends made it out and I love them for it.  The brilliant Grant Cornett was able to capture that intangible sense of the evening so perfectly in this photograph.
